About me

I am passionate about the pure beauty of colored glass and enjoy using brilliant hues and tones of color in my sparkling glass creations. My deep connection with glass began during a stained-glass class in college.  I finished my science degree and continued with my new stained-glass hobby until I took another glass class a few years later where I fell in love with kiln-formed glass.  Fused glass then became my every evening, every weekend, every holiday hobby. Twenty-five years later, I'm now living my dream of being a full-time glass artist and loving every minute!  I love bringing joy and happiness into my customers lives thru my use of color.

I show my glass sculptures in several southern California art galleries including The Cottage Gallery on Los Rios Street, Balboa Island Museum in Newport Beach, and the Showcase Gallery at South Coast Village. All summer long you can find me enjoying the sunshine at The Laguna Beach Art-A-Fair. During the rest of the year I attend several fine art fairs in southern California with my husband and my little old man chihuahua named Tank.

I have won several awards including first place in the nationwide Glass Craft Expo and third place at the Beverly Hills Art Show. I enjoy teaching glass fusing classes at the nonprofit Orange County Fine Arts association.
